Spent all last week around the Uk, meeting 800 people who have all been chosen to work in the most innovative 'back to work' programme that A4e has ever launched. ( The Flexible New Deal - FND)

I tried to personally greet everyone - welcome them and thank them for the hard work that lies ahead. Non Stop - energy, questions, black coffee, trains, cars - living out of suitcase.
