Many people spend their lives in very senior roles where they support or deliver much needed front line services to others.

Time and time again I come across policy makers, consultants, leaders and managers who create vastly complex sructures to deal with the issues that they identify. Naughty me - I have not done a blog recently. So busy doing what i do that I don't take the time out to reflect on and record the things i do - and I end up getting nudges from my blog readers asking when I am going to satisfy their urge to read my ramblings.
