Wow - what a response to my reading of Oscar Wilde blog - the best yet - i seem to have tapped into a very literary gang of people out there in the ether - fantastic. Thank you for all your book suggestions and your favourite quotes - very inspiring.

A4e is soon to launch its very own community website ( it is being piloted and tested at this moment). Eventually all staff, all customers will be on there - and anyone else around the world who wants to share information that relates to 'improving people's lives.' My vision? - The biggest community in the world committed to improving people's lives - theirs and others. I am so excited by it - postively bubbling over - thinking about all the people i might meet online and the knowledge and thoughts they might share.

Of course the community website will be a great place to swop reading ideas and favourite quotes - i imagine the book club will be up and running in no time!

My blog also mentioned the two members of staff that 'served' themselves - with no regard to others - and how as a consequence a lot of people had to do a lot of work and go through alot of heartache to put right their wrongs. This part of the blog got a massive response too.

Here are some of them...

''I feel very sorry for you because of those two breaking the rules. Working as a freelance agent for educational institutions, I´d happily give an arm and a leg to be able to work for you - and these people throw that chance away like some old newspaper. The nerve of them!!
Best regards from Germany,
Heidi ''

''I have to completely agree with our Oscar as in my experience when someone is talking about me, it means they are leaving some other poor soul alone – I think the term is bullies…whether it’s in verbal or written form.  As for the dishonesty of the former employee’s they’ll never have integrity irrespective of what they do in their lives.  Maybe someone from the media should come to Halifax office to see how well we deliver a quality service for our customers.  There will always be a couple of bad eggs but thousands of good eggs!!!'' ''I have already read your blog and the newspaper story. I agree, it is always a minority that spoils things for the majority. We have some fabulous people in this company doing an excellent job. The story I sent is evidence of this and that is only one story of many. We also help people in many other ways even if it doesn't immediately result in a job. I have had one customer tell me that I have saved her marriage! The job will, I don't doubt, come eventually'' Kathryn

Seems like this blog got you all fired up - marvellous - keep it coming

All the best
