Just imagine - a large group of passionate, intelligent and dedicated people dream of a new way to deliver help to people who are unemployed. They work tirelessly for over a year - showcasing their plans - talking to thousands of people to get their views - influencing - costing - dreaming - planning - designing - never stopping in their belief that there is a better way.

They create their new 'baby' - they submitt it to the Uk Government for scrutiny, examination, challenge and marking!

They wait for months - they present their ideas again - they wait again - and then - TODAY they heard. Yes Yes Yes. 

This group of people are all at A4e - they pulled together - and between them they have achieved a wonderful thing. A vast vast contract opportunity that means A4e will be rolling out its vision of a personal and indivdual Flexible New Deal across large areas of the UK.
