In all our work trust is a critical component. When we are commissioned to deliver a service on behalf of one of the governments with which we work, they have indicated a level of trust in our ability to honour the contractual and spirit of the contract signed by both parties.

When entering into a community for the first time we seek to earn a level of trust so that members of this community have the confidence to entrust us with their future aspirations. In many of these communities trust is something that has broken with many of the agencies charged with delivering services which are value in the eyes of the end user. The task to earn this trust becomes a tougher task due to this bagage.

Meeting the customer for the first time, whether it is a mandatory or a voluntary program it is essential to develop a level of respect and trust if the relationship is to work for the benefit of the client. However, many of our clients have learnt not to trust strangers and so the process of earning trust understandably takes so much longer.

Seeking vacancies from employers for our clients who would not at first glance look like the employees they have previously recruited requires us to develop a level of trust that can stand the tests of a commercial relationship. Hard fought to win it is easy to loose.

Our ability to deliver against our contract in all facets and to meet every charge from the audit and compliance teams and to exceed expectations on transparency and value for money enable us to build on the trust first offered by the government at the start of the process.

Securing a sustainable job confirms to our clients they were right to trust us.

And employers who see valuable employees contributing to their business come back to us offering more vacancies as the trust builds on all parties.

Trust is such an important part of all of these relationships.

But this tale begins somewhere else.

It starts with you.

It starts by the trust that has to sit between each member of the A4e team and A4e. As a company we have to earn your trust so that you are safe and motivated to give the exceptional service to our clients everyday. And each of us, working in A4e has the the responsibilty to earn and retain the trust of A4e and the teams we work with everyday.

Thank you for the trust you place in A4e, I hope we are worthy of your trust and continuing suppport. If we anything to damage this relationship please contact me or one of the other directors at any time.

We do not take for granted the trust you, our clients, our employers and the government place in us.

Thanks

Roy
