Sunday 20th January 2008, 00:59Do you have a new idea?As we return from our Christmas break I hope you all enjoyed the rest and time with your families. I had a wonderful time although I do return to work with a repetitive strain injury caused from my son’s new Wii game.
This period of rest can often allow us to return to A4e with new energy and vigour but also new insights gained into how we may improve our services and better meet the needs of the communities we serve.
If you have such an idea, no matter how big or small please contact me if you think I can add some value to the process of bringing it into the full glare of A4e and our teams. Maybe you are reading this as a client and you have a special insight from which we can benefit. Maybe you are a member of the commissioning bodies or governments with which we work and you see a new niche, gap in the services, a hole in the net where those in need are falling through.
You’ve guessed perhaps that my New Years resolution is to seek more and more good ideas and insights from everyone we work with to ensure our vision to Improve Peoples Lives burns brighter and brighter this year and lifts more of our clients out of poverty.
It is your energy and ideas which will take us forward again this year.
