Earlier this year I wrote a Blog about driving up the number of people we get into work each day. Because we understand better than most the transforming impact it can have on our customers lives when we are able to move them into work and independence I asked the question “was there anything else we could be doing to help one more person move into a job which could change their life?”
I asked the question because I know we are always looking for that next creative solution, that new partnership we can strike up which links our customers directly into employers, or the new way we can run our inductions or job search so that it lifts one more person into work.
Well I have just had the chance to review graph which highlights our how many of our customers we are able to move into good jobs at the end of their programme. The picture is a glorious celebration of your hard work and energy. They say a picture paints a thousand words and this picture tells the story of thousands more of our customers moving into work each day because of the effort and passion you are bringing to our work. The figures actually do go right off the graph and I am so proud of what each you are doing to make this difference in the lives of our customers.
I want to say a big Thanks for your energy, thanks for making a difference, thanks for bringing your passion and focus to this part of our work. Through your efforts we are Improving “more” Peoples Lives.
