Two views of the same thing…..

I have recently visited a number of our offices. The commitment and passion of the staff is always overwhelming. I am so impressed by the way our front line teams make every part of the process work for our clients. You are amazing.

I sat down this week and started to think about where we can improve our offer and make a step change in our delivery.

I started to think about our premises and the environment we offer for our friends when they come to us for help. I have two views;

View one:-

Our offices are clean, tidy, professional, bright, open, easy access, soft sofas, welcoming, full of IT equipment, open plan, good sized training rooms and on a par with our competitors.

View two:-

Our offices are bland, staid, lacklustre, stuck in a 1997 time warp, limited, sparse, single function, closed most evenings, closed at weekends, not exciting and lacking something.

This is not a criticism of the staff running the offices, nor of the staff who set them up. It’s just me thinking and wondering if we could do this better.

What do you think?

Is there anyone out there who wants to create an office for the future, a new concept design we can start to role out across our network? Can you get in touch with me and maybe a group of us can come together and let our imagination run wild.

Here’s my starter for 10 how about;

Give me a call or email me and let’s get together.

Thanks

Roy
