Saturday 3rd March 2007, 18:23ThanksI just wanted to say thanks to everyone. As you will see from Emma’s blog we have just undertaken a European tour, taking in our offices in Germany and France. It was great; it made me really proud to see the offices open and our teams improving people’s lives.
We really are taking our vision across the world and there are so many people involved in making this happen and giving more people hope. So I know they tell you never name people because you are always going to forget someone but here goes;
Thanks; Emma for your inspiration and giving us the chance to expand our horizons with the vision to improve peoples lives, Mark for you constant support and immense energy and brain, Justine for opening so many doors for us, Dave and his IT team, Steve M for putting up with me on all those travels, Deborah, Sandra, Sue for all the bookings and mayhem, Helen for finding us premises, Paul and his team in HR, Neil and his team for making to books balance, Sara for the support and marketing, Sam and Claire – without whom the whoosh bang wallop would not be there, Andy and Claire for the great bids, Rob for the papers, Gee, Kate and Darren for all the visits, Hilary for taking those first steps, David B for learning to enjoy eating snails, Steve B for guiding and supporting and last but definitely not least Sam, Olivia and Tom who give me so much support to be away from home and pursue our dreams.
Our team in the centres are wonderful and to see the way they reacted to Emma’s visit last week was amazing. It will be great to introduce them to many of you when we are at one vision.
To everybody else involved or not, thanks we are building on the shoulders of the work we have been doing in the UK for the last 20 years and we have such an amazing future ahead of us.
Thanks
Roy
