Quick  - look back through my blogs - find the one about being an intern - and respond if you want to.

I have had quite a few applications for the post - so by the end of the week I will create a cut-off. After that a selection of people will be invited to come and spend half the day with me and maybe a couple of other Directors - chatting through current issues and just generally getting to know each other. What I'm hoping is that even if people are not successful in being picked this time - they will at least have had a great half day at my house - full of inspiration and ideas.   

So, well done to those who have read my blogs - and responded to any of them - taking an interest etc. Please encourage other people to read them - it is my chosen and preferred way of getting my thoughts out there.
