A question from Rhys Morgan in Wales - 'i know you are coming to sunny wales - what are you looking forward to seeing and why?' 

Thanks Rhys - quite simple really - when I am on tour I spend all my time listening to staff and clients - trying really hard to get a good sense of the issues - good and bad. Hopefully people are brave enough to share their thoughts with me (and/or ask tricky questions) and perhaps I get to inspire and encourage them in return.

Last week in Gateshead I met a group of young people - some familiar stuff - no one cares - who is going to sort my life out ? - its all right for you...  Luckily for the group there was one up front girl who asked me some probing questions - very personal - and well asked. She caught on to the fact that I had also once felt like that - had not managed to follow the usual path while I was at school et cetera. We had a very frank chat - we both learnt loads - as did the rest of the group! I feel that she will go onto create herself a great future - she certainly had the guts, chat and cheek to do it - and maybe a break through moment when she realised it was up to her to take charge of her life and ask for help to get to where she wants to get.  

So, looking forward to Wales - I'll let you know what I find
